Welcome to LandKbeads.com. I'm pretty sure that you are here for the sole purpose of shopping for fun and functional jewelry and other
items that I have for sale on my website. I won't go into the complete legalese of this website, but suffice it to say that any State
or Federal law trumps any rumors we may have heard about how these sorts of things work.
However, below I will touch upon a few points in order to clear the air.
PRIVACY
You can read the privacy notice, but just to reiterate, I do not EVER sell or give away your private information. That's just wrong.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
If you order from me or send me an email, I can then assume that you want to receive an email back that references the order or your email. It is your responsibility to ensure that your email is correct and that your email client or provider doesn't block my email or drop it into the Junk folder. At a minimum I will communicate with you by email to let you know that I received your order and when it ships. I may also post notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that I provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Seriously, don't copy my pictures and use them to sell something of yours, even if you make the exact same thing. Please don't be lazy and just take your own photos. If you don't want to take your own photos or can't for some reason, just email me and let me know. I just might make an exception in your case.

I promise not to change the spirit of the review or post if possible, but if it's a bad review/post please allow me to correct the problem before posting.
I do love suggestions, but no spam, viruses, political campaigning, or commercial solicitations. This isn't a comprehensive list, but I think you get the idea.
If you post a review, comment or suggestion you grant LandKbeads the right to post it in very large letters on the home page or other LandKbeads page. I promise to be discreet and only use your first name. If I decide to post it on my FaceBook page I'll ask first, because if you wanted it to be there you probably would have posted it yourself.

LandKbeads respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please let us know. It's hard to prove that you are the only person who could have come up with a particular design, but it could happen.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
I try to be as accurate as possible when I write descriptions, and I also realize that you are relying on my photographic skills (ok, I'm still learning), but sometimes I do goof or the color just isn't what you thought it would be, even when you keep in mind that monitor colors vary. So, if you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it as described in the Shipping and Returns policy page.
PRICING
All prices are retail. I don't typically sell wholesale, but if you'd like to purchase something wholesale we can talk about. Tax applies to any shipments made within the District of Columbia.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
This site is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". I'm not sure exactly what this means, but I'm guessing it is something along the lines of if you have a special event you are planning on attending and you just have to have something from my website to wear, only my website is down for some strange reason, then I can't be held responsible. I'm also not responsible for the weather or whatever those terrestrial beings may be doing, just so you know.
If you are having problems with the site chances are you can't read this page either, but just in case you remember then email me, assuming email works and all that.
